The Tuesday after Labor Day was the first day of preschool for Ashlyn! She is attending Anacortes Christian Church Preschool, has 8 kids in 3-year-old class and is combined with another 14 4-year-old students, and is only 2 mornings a week.
She was thrilled to go on her first day, but clung to mommy just a little once we actually got there, as it was a new environment (and there had been a lot of changes with Daddy leaving for deployment, having just gotten back from a few weeks of vacation, and now being a "big girl" and being at school without mommy). But it only took one day and there was no looking back - she LOVES it and is thriving there socially, academically, and spiritually.
