I have been working on teaching Ashlyn the sign language for "more" for over a month now and tonight, while I my Japanese friend was over for dinner, and I stopped feeding Ashlyn for a bit to talk to my friend (in all honesty, I got distracted), when I see out of the corner of my eye her two little hands coming together telling me she wanted more! I almost cried. Seriously. It's been every meal for over a month of me saying it and showing her the sign and it finally clicked! Hooray for Ashlyn!

YAHHHH Ashlyn! What a huge accomplishment. I think I started "more" with Max a 6 months - when we started solids... we were crazy obsessed. It was around 10 or 11 months when he finally used it - I was so thrilled... after all that time! yay!
